We accept walk-ins on Wednesdays and Fridays at our central leasing office located at 21 58th Street, Apt 25, Clarendon Hills, IL 60514. A courtesy call in advance is appreciated so we can be ready to greet you!
Applying is super easy! You can complete your application online at your convenience. We give you several ways to apply online through our website. If you need any assistance along the way, just reach out!
Once you upload all the necessary information, we’ll work on your application quickly! Approval typically takes anywhere from just 24 -72 hours. We’ll keep you in the loop throughout the process!
Yes, we offer flexible lease terms ranging from 3 to 12 months. Please note that shorter lease terms do carry additional fees.
Residents can conveniently pay online through our resident portal. You can make one-time payments or even set up auto-pay for added ease!
Yes, renter's insurance is required. We offer a policy for $10.95 per month, but you can also provide your own policy that meets our requirements to avoid this charge.
Currently, all utilities are the resident's responsibility, so they’re not included in your rent.
Setting up utilities is simple! For electricity, you’ll want to contact Comed. All other utilities are managed through Conservice and will be applied to your ledger.
Our community is equipped for cable and internet services through Xfinity.

The Clarendon offers a beautiful swimming pool with a sundeck, complimentary spacious storage units with each apartment, ample laundry facilities with a convenient mobile app, pet-friendly grounds with pet stations, spacious closets, dishwashers (in select units), and more!
Yes, ample parking is available in our parking lot.
We offer conveniently located laundry rooms in each building with commercial-grade washers and dryers, along with a mobile app for added convenience!
Pet Policy
Yes, our community is pet-friendly, welcoming both cats and dogs! We have walking trails, sidewalks, and pet stations throughout the property. Please note that there are breed restrictions for certain dogs, including Pit Bull Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, and a few others. Contact leasing for full details.
Location
What makes our community unique is the beautiful pool where you can enjoy warm days and relax on the sundeck. We also offer convenient coinless laundry facilities and extra storage for your belongings. Additionally, our community features disability access and dedicated on-site maintenance and management teams for your convenience.

Maintenance
Yes, we have on-site maintenance from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, along with 24-hour emergency maintenance available year-round.
For non-emergency work orders, please use the resident portal or mobile app. You can also call the office during business hours. For emergencies, call the office number and select option '3' to reach emergency maintenance.
You don’t need to be present if you give us permission to enter. Our team can complete your request during normal business hours. If you prefer to be home while the work is done, please indicate that on your work order, and we’ll accommodate your request.
